G Loomis Mossyback

The special bass rods, the Mossyback series from G Loomis are crafted from a very unique blend of graphite that have very fast tapers which telegraph each and every move your bait makes. You can also use a shorter casting stroke with this fast action for outstanding accuracy and by exerting very little effort. The precision blank on the Mossyback is fitted with AFTCO Alconite guides and have rounded and very durable composite cork butt ends. The G Loomis Mossyback rods are so light that you forget you are holding a rod at times.

Every Mossyback rod has a fast or an extra fast taper and G Loomis uses low friction durable Fuji Alconite guides so that your casts are longer and more accurate. The cork Butt caps and the blank through the handle design is offered on these G Loomis rods as well. This series includes fifteen casting rods and four spinning rods. They are perfect for carolina rigs, senkos and flipping.

The MossyBack rods are similar to the GLX rods by G Loomis. The Mossybacks have a proprietary mid range blend of graphite. The rods have a matte upper blank that is lightly coated to give you that additional light weight that you appreciate.
