Shimano Convergence

The Shimano Convergence fishing rods are well known for being quality rods for all types of freshwater action. There are 42 different rods in the Shimano Convergence series and each is constructed with a IM-6 graphite blank and Fuji aluminum oxide guides. The Convergence series offers 15 spinning and 12 casting models that are designed for bass, walleye and pan fish. There are 10 salmon and steelhead rods which include a Michigan handle and mooching rods. There are four muskie casting rods in a 6 foot, 6 inch size and 7 foot sizes for that extra heavy action.

All of the Shimano Convergence rods feature comfortable cork handles and convenient hook keepers. Shimano’s BioGrip exposed blank reel seats are offered on some casting models and the muskie rods feature durable Carboloy tips.
